24 Hour Emergency Assistance
24-hour emergency assistance is a 24/7, on-call service providing immediate, non-life-threatening crisis intervention and support for individuals living independently, such as those with disabilities or in community-based care.
It features on-call counseling, problem-solving, and in-person response for personal or health emergencies to ensure safety and stability
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) without traininge
It is a Basic Service that provides hands-on, one-to-one personalized assistance to people with disabilities in their own or family home. It focuses on maintaining independence through daily living support, such as meal preparation, cleaning, medication management, and community participation. This service helps adults and children with community living tasks without providing structured skills-building training.
Night Supervision Supervision
It is a one-on-one service in providing awake, overnight assistance and monitoring in a person’s home.
It supports individuals with disabilities by helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication reminders, and behavioral plans, ensuring safety.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with traininge
Provides personalized instruction and support to help individuals develop independent living skills, participate in their communities, and achieve personal goals while living safely in their own homes. Services are tailored to each person’s needs and support plan.
Respite Care
